Iranian Association for UN Studies held the MUN Security Council on the Appointment of Secretary General of the United Nations on 19 October 2016 with the presence of the attendees, in English at the UNIC in Tehran.

IAUNS, in cooperation with the UN Information Center (UNIC) in Iran, will hold a Model UN simulation exercise on the Security Council appointment of the United Nations Secretary-General.

In the verge of UN septuagenarian, Iranian Association for United Nation Studies with cooperation of the Association’s Student Committee and the UN Information Center in Tehran held a discussion session with the presence of Mr. Gary Lewis- UNDP Resident Representative in the Islamic Republic of Iran- and a number of students and scholars to evaluate the performance of the so-called organization, on Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 16 to 18 in the United Nation Information Center.

This year, the office of International Committee of the Red Cross in collaboration with the Iranian Association for United Nations Studies, Secretariat of the National Committee for International Humanitarian Law and Shahre- Danesh Institute of Law (SDIL) held the 2014 edition of the Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Criminal Court’s proceedings on August 7 in the venue of auditorium Red Crescent Rehabilitation Complex.
